Program note

Song cycle titled "Three afrocuban poems" by the Cuban composer Mariela Rodriguez Rodriguez, released on April 9, 2013 in the Concert Hall of the Palace of Count Ansúrez, in Valladolid, Spain. This work won the 1st Prize in the Composition Competition "Harold Gramagtes" 2011 dedicated to vocal music, and awarded by the National Association of Artists and Writers of Cuba (UNEAC).
