"'Zahlenspiele' is made up of three elements: a series of sounds with different degrees of tension, sequences of notes played in varying tempos, speeding up and slowing down, and a counterpoint theme developed further towards the end.

The composition was written specifically for the 25th anniversary of the Internationaler Arbeitskreis Frau und Musik and is dedicated to the workers in the archive and to the working party."
