Three Red Army Officers in Kiangsi (Jiangxi), China. From left to right: Che(c)n Kuang, age 25; Nieh Ho-t'ing (Nie Heting), age 28; Wang Liang, age 24. Notes on back of the photo indicate that these three men were friends in Kiangsi (Jiangxi) where they worked as officers of the Fourth Army. Wang Liang was killed in action during Chiang Kai-shek's Fifth Campaign in Kiangsi in 1934.
